Our purpose
Returns are often evaluated using only the refund amount, even though shipping, labor, depreciation and inventory recovery can materially change the outcome. We build calculators that expose those components in a simple, auditable breakdown.
Our principles
Calculations should be transparent, inputs should be explained, and limitations should be visible. We do not ask for customer data or store credentials. Our tools are educational planning aids and are not a substitute for accounting, legal, tax or marketplace advice.
Independence
Refund or Return is not affiliated with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any shipping carrier. Product and company names may be referenced only to describe common ecommerce workflows.
